Customers with complaints about the Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) scheme can contact senior-level focal persons who have been appointed by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
In order to quickly address any concerns from these clients in collaboration with the appropriate banks, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), or Microfinance Banks, the Banking Regulator has designated senior-level focal persons in each of its 16 locations.
Recent approval from the government allows the housing finance program Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar (MPMG) to resume disbursements to cases that have previously been approved.
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said in a circular that the government has decided to let banks, DFIs, and MFBs to disburse funds in accordance with the terms of the MPMG.
It is pertinent to mention here that the central bank had earlier instructed banks to put further disbursements under the scheme on hold from July 01, 2022, till August 31, 2022.
