Minister of State for Petroleum Musadik Malik says the government has held negotiations with Russia for the purchase of crude petroleum oil products.
Speaking to the news channel He said that Russia has agreed to sell its petroleum products to Pakistan at cheaper prices as compared to the international market.
The Minister of State stated that after receiving the petroleum items manufactured from Russian crude oil, the current inflation will be reduced considerably.
He said the government is much concerned about the rising inflation and is making efforts to provide relief to the masses.
