PSX continues downward trend, drops 501 points

 On the third day of the business week, the KSE-100 index of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday witnessed a negative market trend loss of 501 points, a negative change of 1.23%, closing at 41,376.10 points.

The total number of shares exchanged during the day was 67,397,756, and the price per share was Rs 3.075 billion.

PSX Index closed on bearish trend, losses 179 points

As many as 337 companies transacted their shares in the stock market; 75 of them recorded gains and 234 sustained losses, whereas the share price of 28 companies remained unchanged.
