Economical Crisis in Pakistan have been the most damaging ones ever. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has held the governmental command and offices and are confident that the targets for growth will be achieved in this Fiscal Year. Abdul Hafeez Sheikh the advisor to PM about Finance and Revenue urged that the countries economic growth is on right path on both internal and external fronts. Timely policies have proved to be beneficial for the economy of Pakistan.

Furthermore, during a meeting with Business Community managed and organised by OICCI (Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry), he concluded that the decisions were taken in order to restore the damage on economy due to the novel coronavirus. Dr Abdul Hafeez Sheikh, further added that the government took measures to reduce the expenditures, besides the freezed expenditures of military and high officials.

However, besides holding expenditures, the government didn’t approve any supplementary grants nor any new tax was imposed in the budget. The expenditures of President House saw a decline of 30pc while the PM house saw a 35% decline in expenditures. Apart from that, the government managed to repay 5 Trillion Rs of debt in the last two years, exclaimed Mr. Hafeez during the session.
