NADRA Announces New Fee Structure for Its Services

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued a revised fee structure for a range of identity and registration services. The fees vary depending on the processing category — normal, urgent, and executive — to help citizens determine applicable charges when applying for identity documents.

Child Registration and Juvenile Card

The normal fee for a Child Registration Certificate (Form B) is Rs.50, with no urgent category available; the executive fee is Rs.500. For a Juvenile Card, the normal fee is Rs.750, urgent is Rs.1,500, and executive is Rs.2,500.

National Identity Cards

First-time issuance of a national identity card (NIC) is free under the normal category, with urgent costing Rs.1,150 and executive Rs.2,150. For a Smart National Identity Card, normal is Rs.750, urgent is Rs.1,500, and executive is Rs.2,500.

NICOP Fees

Charges vary by geographical zone. Zone A (US, Europe, Australia): normal $39, urgent $57, executive $75. Zone B (Middle East, Africa, other Asian countries): normal $20, urgent $30, executive $40.

Pakistan Origin Card

Normal fee is $150, urgent is $200, and executive is $250.
