Pakistan’s all-format tour of Bangladesh is likely to be rescheduled as both cricket boards seek to avoid a scheduling conflict with the 11th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). According to sources, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) are in discussions to shift the tour to an alternative window while keeping the series structure unchanged.
Under the current Future Tour Programme (FTP), Pakistan were scheduled to tour Bangladesh in March–April 2026 for a bilateral series comprising two Test matches, three One-Day Internationals (ODIs), and three T20 Internationals. However, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has confirmed that PSL 11 will run from March 26 to May 3, creating an overlap that makes the original schedule unworkable.
A BCB source confirmed that while the tour dates will be adjusted, the number of matches will not be reduced. Minor reshuffling within the limited-overs leg, including ODIs and T20Is, is also being considered to accommodate the revised timetable.
An official announcement regarding the new schedule is expected once consultations between the PCB and BCB are concluded.
