The price for the Rapid PCR test for travelers flying to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from Islamabad airport has been set at Rs.5,000.

As per the information, the price for the quick antigen testing for passengers flying to Dubai, Sharjah, or Abu Dhabi has been decreased and set at Rs.5,000 for the airline companies.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has announced that all travelers planning to go to the UAE can obtain a fast PCR test to detect COVID-19 for Rs.5,000. In this context, all of the airport’s labs have been duly notified.

It should be noted that the prices for Rapid PCR at Faisalabad International Airport were previously decreased from Rs.6,500 to Rs.5,000, following which individuals traveling to the UAE will be able to take the test for Rs.5,000.

It is worth noting that the UAE Authority has published a new regulation on quick antigen testing for residents of Pakistan, India, Nepal, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka.

The new instructions raised the test period from 4 to 6 hours and said that all airlines would be forced to comply with the new policy, which would compel passengers to undertake a fast PCR test prior to landing in the UAE.
