India has revealed its 15-member squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy, with prominent players such as Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav included. The squad remains provisional and can be revised until February 11, 2025.
Ahead of the Champions Trophy, which begins on February 19, India will play three bilateral One-Day Internationals (ODIs) against England. These matches, scheduled for February 6, 9, and 12, will be India’s first 50-over games since their tour of Sri Lanka in August 2024.
India has been placed in Group A for the Champions Trophy, where they will begin their campaign against Bangladesh on February 20. Their subsequent matches include a high-profile clash with Pakistan on February 23, followed by a match with New Zealand on March 2.
Due to ongoing government restrictions preventing travel to Pakistan, all of India’s Champions Trophy matches will be held in Dubai.
