Gold prices in Pakistan experienced a rebound on Monday, with the rate for one tola increasing by Rs500, reaching Rs282,900, as per the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of gold rose by Rs429, now selling at Rs242,541. This recovery follows a dip on Saturday when gold prices decreased by Rs200 per tola, settling at Rs282,400.
On the global market, gold prices also witnessed an uptick, rising by $5 to $2,708 per ounce, which includes a $20 premium, according to the APGJSA.
However, silver prices moved in the opposite direction, declining by Rs9 per tola, now priced at Rs3,372 in the local market.
