The EIU- Economist Intelligence Unit has recently ranked the most along with the least livable cities of the world in 2021; however, Karachi has also been placed on the list.
Karachi has remained on the seventh rank as least livable city in the world. Furthermore, on the other side, New Zealand, Auckland, and other cities have been ranked as the most livable cities of the world.
According to the officials, Karachi is ranked among the cities that are the bottom ten cities in the world; whereas, in terms of livability. However, all the measures of the municipal services, along with the dimensions of livability, climate, health, education, and, protection are low in Karachi that was also once popular as the city of lights.
