Gilgit-Baltistan’s Provincial Minister for Tourism and Culture, Raja Nasir Ali Khan announced on Sunday that the tourism sector in the province would be modernized in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision, resulting in new job opportunities in the region.
He told reporters here that a detailed plan will be developed to transform the tourism department into an industry.
He further added that he will do everything possible to promote winter tourism in Gilgit-Baltistan in line with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision.
He said that as tourism develops in Gilgit-Baltistan, a large number of job opportunities will be available for educated youth.
