Meanwhile, Pakistan’s former captain Babar Azam continues to remain among the world’s elite, sitting at number three.
In the bowling rankings, South Africa’s experienced spinner Keshav Maharaj maintained the number one spot, while Pakistan’s young spinner Sufiyan Muqeem made notable progress by climbing to the 22nd position.
