Former England Test captain Sir Alastair Cook will make his PSL commentary debut, joined by former MCC President and veteran broadcaster Mark Nicholas. Also included are Dominic Cork and Mark Butcher from England, South Africa’s Jean-Paul Duminy and Mike Haysman, Bangladesh’s Athar Ali Khan, and New Zealand’s Martin Guptill. Australia’s two-time ICC Women’s World Cup winner Lisa Sthalekar is also part of the international lineup.

The Pakistani side of the panel includes four former Test captains — Aamir Sohail, Ramiz Raja, Waqar Younis, and Wasim Akram — along with Bazid Khan, Urooj Mumtaz, and Sikander Bakht.

For the first time in PSL history, a full match will be broadcast with complete Urdu commentary. The Urdu panel includes Ali Younis, Aqeel Samar, Marina Iqbal, Salman Butt, and Tariq Saeed, working alongside the main commentary team for selected segments.

Presenters Erin Holland and Zainab Abbas will host the league throughout the tournament.

Salman Naseer, CEO of the PSL, shared his enthusiasm for the lineup, highlighting the global stature of the commentators and the introduction of Urdu commentary as a major step towards connecting more deeply with local audiences.

The 10th edition of the PSL begins on Friday, April 11, with defending champions Islamabad United taking on two-time winners Lahore Qalandars at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The tournament will feature 34 matches across four venues: Lahore, Rawalpindi, Karachi, and Multan, running from April 11 to May 18. Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore will host 13 matches, including both Eliminators and the final. Rawalpindi will host 11 matches, while Karachi and Multan will host five each.

Three double-header matchdays are scheduled, including one on Labour Day, May 1.
