Turkey Simplifies Visa Process for Pakistani Visitors with New E-Visa Service.

Turkey has recently introduced a convenient e-Visa service, eliminating the need for tourists and business travelers from Pakistan to visit Turkish missions for visa applications. The service is accessible to ordinary passport holders who possess valid Schengen, USA, UK, Ireland visas, or residence permits.

The application process for a visit visa to Turkey involves three simple steps:

Apply

Interested Pakistani applicants can initiate the visa application process by visiting the official website at https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/.

Pay Fee

After entering the required information, applicants can conveniently make the necessary payments using a credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, or UnionPay).

Download

  • Upon successful completion of the application, applicants will receive a link to download their e-Visa. This link will also be emailed to them for added convenience.
  • It is recommended for travelers to keep a copy of the e-Visa, either in electronic format on a device like a tablet or smartphone, or as a hard copy in case of any system issues at entry points.
  • The cost for obtaining a Turkey visit visa for Pakistani nationals is set at $60, making it an affordable option for those eager to explore the unique beauty and culture of Turkey.

Minimum Bank Statement Requirement

In addition to the visa fee, applicants are required to meet specific financial criteria, including providing proof of a return ticket and hotel reservation. Official guidelines stipulate that tourists should have a minimum of $50 for each day of their stay in Turkey. For example, a Pakistani tourist planning a 30-day stay must demonstrate a bank statement with a balance of at least $1,500 to fulfill this requirement. This streamlined process aims to make the travel experience to Turkey more accessible and hassle-free for Pakistani visitors.
