Saudi Arabia Announces Fully-Funded Scholarships to Pakistani Students in 25 Universities

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has unveiled an extensive scholarship program for Pakistani students, spanning diploma, bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. programs across 25 prestigious Saudi universities. These scholarships are available to both students residing in Pakistan and overseas Pakistanis currently living in Saudi Arabia.

This scholarship initiative encompasses all fields of study and offers a generous monthly stipend of 900 Saudi Riyal (SR) for students in science-related disciplines and 850 SR for those in humanities. Additionally, married scholars will receive a three-month furnishing allowance upon their arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scholarships also cover full tuition fees and various other associated expenses, making it an attractive opportunity for Pakistani students seeking higher education.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Scholarships Overview

  • Levels: Bachelor, Masters, PhD

These scholarships encompass a wide range of academic disciplines, including but not limited to Political Science, Law, Education, Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Agriculture, Arabic/Islamic Studies, and Media Sciences. Interested students must submit their applications directly to the designated universities among the 25 prestigious institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Subsequently, the universities will transmit the applications to the Saudi Ministry of Education for further processing and selection. The Saudi Ministry of Education will then conclude the selection process, finalizing the list of successful candidates who will benefit from these scholarships.

  • The scholarship encompasses a monthly stipend of 900 Saudi Riyal (SR) for students in science fields and 850 SR for humanities students.
  • It includes complimentary accommodation and extends a three-month furnishing allowance for married scholars.
  • The package also covers return airfare and provides free medical coverage for both the student and their family if married.
  • Additionally, there is a three-month graduation allowance for book shipments, and students benefit from subsidized meals on campus.

Procedure to Apply for Scholarship

  • Applicant must be a Pakistani or AJK National.
  • Both Male and Female students are eligible 17 years to 25 years for Bachelor’s, must be of 30 years age for Master Programs, and less than 35 years for Ph.D. programs on the closing date of the application process.
  • The applicant must not be holding any other scholarship at the time of availing of the Saudi Scholarship.
  • The applicant must not have any criminal record.
