Naila Kiani, a Pakistani woman, is the first from her nation to reach the top of Nepal’s 8,091-meter-high Annapurna I.

On Monday between 6:30 am and 7:00 am, Kiani, a mother of two and a banker in Dubai, ascended to the summit of the tenth-highest mountain in the world.

Together with Pakistani mountaineer Shahroz Kashif, she climbed Annapurna I. Arjun Vajpayee from India and two Pakistanis made up the six-person team.

Kiani’s trip organizers, Seven Summit Treks, confirmed her summit.

She is the first woman from Pakistan to climb four peaks higher than 8,000 metres. Naila had already ascended K2, G1, and G2.

During her current trip to Nepal, Naila also plans to climb the fourth-tallest mountain in the world, Lhotse, which is 8516 metres high, and Mount Everest, the world’s highest mountain.
