For Pakistani workers in Chinese companies, a training program was established to advance their technical skills and overcome communication difficulties.
According to China Economic Net, the opening ceremony for the training program Dongguan Polytechnic planned took place online.
The ceremony was attended by 134 members of the Sino Mall (PVT) LTD staff. “Sino Mall (PVT.) LTD was established in 2012 and has grown to be Pakistan’s largest Chinese supply chain company. We have locations throughout Pakistan’s major cities of Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, and more. The executive director of Sino Mall (PVT.) LTD, Zargham Abbas, makes an introduction.
Sino Mall (PVT.) LTD places a high value on the training of local personnel and the growth of local teams in order to benefit the Pakistani people more. “We now urgently need to increase the professional capabilities of our Pakistani workforce. I am eagerly anticipating the professional training and wish for all of the staff to experience significant advancements in their practice, knowledge, and skills.
He Dingxiu, the president of Dongguan Polytechnic, one of the best vocational colleges in China and the venue for the training, said, “I hope that this kind of training can be carried out on a regular basis.”
“It can be built into a series of projects for staff training of Chinese companies or Pak-China joint ventures in Pakistan, so as to promote people-to-people connectivity between the two countries. We hope that in the future, Pakistani staff from more Chinese companies will benefit from such training,” he said
