The Sindh government has announced the start of bus service in Hyderabad after commencing Peoples Bus Service operations in Karachi and Larkana.
According to Sindh Information and Transport Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, the people bus service has begun a trial run in Hyderabad and will be made available for purchase following the trial’s conclusion and a route survey.
In attendance for the trial operations were the Sindh Mass Transit Authority officials, the Chairman of the Regional Transport Authority of Hyderabad, the Deputy Commissioner of Hyderabad Fuad Ghaffar Soomro, and others.
The Government of Sindh’s Transport & Mass Transit Department had already announced the nine routes for the Peoples Intra-District Bus Service in Karachi.
