Mango Exports of Pakistan Crossed Expected Target

Mango Exports saw a Massive Rise

Abdul Razzak Dawood the Advisor for Commerce and Investment to PM Imran Khan, tweeted that the Mango Exports have seen a massive rise this year. The subject stated that the projected target of 80,000 Tonnes of Export per annum has crossed 125,000 tonnes so far. An export worth 72 Million US Dollars have been achieved and expectations arise to 150 Million US Dollars.

Mr. Razzak Further commented on Mango Exports from his twitter, “I have been informed that we have exported 125,000 tons of mangoes so far this year, against an annual target of 80,000 tons. Export of $72 Million has been achieved and it is expected that we will accomplish export of $150 Million.” Mango Experts from all over the country were congratulated, as their hard work resulted in such a remarkable outcome. Furthermore, Razzak said a meeting is being arranged to further strategize the export of this remarkable Pakistani product, congratulating the Mango Exporters.

The market reach of Pakistan is increasing and has a good impact on our economy. Mr. Razzak added, “Good to hear this which shows that our market reach is increasing.” According to the reports from various media channels, Pakistan Fruit and Vegetable Association have confirmed that the exports of mangoes are more than 125,000 tonnes. This trademark of exports is achieved despite serious restrictions and hurdles due to the pandemic. This achievement is highly regarded due to the massive increase in exports this year.

Government of Pakistan All Pakistan Fruit and Vegetable Association framed the exports with their timely strategical decisions which led to the massive increase in the exports. However, it is expected that 25,000 tonnes of mangoes will further be exported in the remaining season, despite the 45,000 tonnes surplus in the target. This massive rise in mango exports has proven to be beneficial for further exports and the economy of Pakistan.
