In Pakistan Super League 7th Edition on Wednesday, Peshawar Zalmi will take on Lahore Qalandars at 7:30 pm.

The match will be played at National Stadium Karachi.

Peshawar Zalmi has win 1 match out of 2. They lost the game versus Islamabad last time.

Peshawar Zalmi Team for tonight maybe: Kohler-Cadmore, Yasin, Haider, Talat, Shoaib, Rutherford, Cutting, Wahab, Sodail, P Brow, Qadir.

Lahore are most favourite team for the title after winning their first two matches They have won 1 match out of 2. They have a really strong team, especially on the balling side. And they’re about to get stronger with Phil Salt and Harry Brook.

Brook might not get many starts but Salt is likely to come in for Ben Dunk. Because Lahore needs a bit more batting stability in the team.

Rashid Khan, Haris Rauf and Shaheen Afridi are perfect to pass 12 overs for the team.

Lahore Qalandars Team for tonight maybe: Fakhar, Shafique, Ghulam, Hafeez, Wiese, Patel, Dunk, Rashid, Afridi, Rauf, Zaman.

Pitch report for Lahore Qalandars v/s Peshawar Zalmi

More than 170 has been posted in 13 of the last 23 at Karachi’s National Stadium and in 13 of those both teams scored 160 or more. The massive toss bias has held so far with 6 out of 8 won by the chaser. In the last 33 PSL games at Karachi, 26 have been won by the chaser.

We’re not about to abandon the toss bias as a solid betting strategy, even though we recognise Lahore as the superior team. Zalmi are more than capable of bridging the gap if they chase.

Fakhar has been boosted to top Lahore bat. He smashed 106 in his last outing against Karachi. He has won one out of two this season but his win rate going back the last two years is only 25%.

The standout value in terms of a batting order bet could be David Wiese. He could bat at four, five or six.

Usman Qadir looks very chunky top Zalmi bowler. He is on course – once he plays more games – to be a win-rate wager. Rashid Khan has not served much in wins for Lahore. Shaheen Shah Afridi is a better bet.
