A pseudo Prime Minister House Officer was arrested in Islamabad by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA). The anti-Corruption cell arrested the man for swindling citizens by means of impersonation.
Mustafa Ansari a fraudster, robbed people by impersonation of a section officer at the Prime Minister’s House. He introduced himself as a PM House Officer to issue fake NOCs (No Objection Certificates) in regards to green number plates. said an FIA official.
Official documents have also been seized by the officials of FIA from the custody of the fraudster. Furthermore, he collected membership fees from districts of Punjab for Inter-Fifth Harmony Pakistan, through a non-existing party named as National Peace Council. He proclaimed himself as a chairman of the party.
The FIA official told to the media “The pseudo officer had also set up a fake website of the National Peace Council, which has been blocked by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) while a party registered in the name of the National Peace Council has also been canceled by the Election Commission,”
