8th Multinational Naval Aman Exercise begins in Karachi

On Friday, the 8th annual international naval exercise known as Aman got underway in Karachi and will go till the 14th of this month.

Vice Admiral Commander Pakistan Fleet Owais Ahmed Bilgrami attended the inaugural ceremony as the main guest.

On this occasion, the Chief of Naval Staff Mohammad Amjad Khan Niazi also read a message in which he pledged that the Pakistan Navy will continue to serve as the primary force for maritime security and peace.

He claimed that the purpose of the Aman Exercises is to maintain regional stability and peace. He stated that we value those who speak up for international peace, stability, and harmony.

The Vice Admiral welcomed the more than 50 nations taking part in the exercise during his remarks on the occasion. He said the objective of the exercises is to promote peace, harmony, friendship, and partnership among the participating countries.
