Airlink Communication has confirmed it will open Pakistan’s first official Apple retail outlet by the end of 2025, signaling a major advancement in the country’s consumer technology landscape.
The announcement was made during the company’s latest corporate briefing session, attended by Topline Securities. According to reports, the store will be located inside Dolmen Mall Lahore, one of Pakistan’s most popular shopping destinations, and will operate alongside a Xiaomi retail outlet.
This move follows Airlink’s appointment in September 2024 as a premium partner for Apple in Pakistan. The company was selected by GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorised distributor in the country, to help strengthen Apple’s retail presence and bring structured access to its product lineup.
Through this partnership, Apple enthusiasts in Pakistan will soon have easier access to the entire Apple ecosystem, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and official accessories, all through formal and authorised retail channels—something that has long been awaited by local consumers.
In addition to the Apple project, Airlink revealed plans to receive a shipment of 10,000 Acer laptops by November 2025. These laptops, imported as completely built units (CBUs), will be part of a pilot project to assess market potential and pave the way for potential local assembly and manufacturing in the future.
Furthermore, the company disclosed that it is in advanced talks with another global mobile phone brand to begin local manufacturing and distribution in Pakistan, although no final agreement has yet been signed.
Airlink’s growing partnerships and expansion into premium technology retail underline its commitment to enhancing Pakistan’s electronics ecosystem and reducing dependency on imports through local production initiatives.
