Pakistan’s Usman Wazeer delivered a stunning first-round knockout against Indian boxer Thilak Selvam during their bout at the Thai Boxing Arena as part of the World Youth Boxing Championship.
The match lasted just one minute and five seconds, with Wazeer’s powerful punches overwhelming Selvam, forcing the referee to call a technical knockout.
Wazeer, 22, also known as “The Asian Boy,” hails from Astore, Gilgit-Baltistan, and is regarded as one of Pakistan’s top modern boxers. This victory marks his 14th consecutive win since turning professional in 2018. Wazeer holds several titles, including the WBC World Youth title, which he claimed in 2022 and successfully defended in 2023.
