Dikec, 51, earned a silver medal in shooting without using the specialized gear that many of his competitors relied on. His achievement and composed demeanor during the event quickly made him a viral sensation.
Elon Musk, impressed by Dikec’s feat, engaged with him on social media. Dikec took the opportunity to pose a thought-provoking question to Musk, asking, “Hi Elon, do you think future robots can win medals at the Olympics with their hands in their pockets? How about discussing this in Istanbul, the cultural capital that unites continents?”
Musk responded succinctly, stating, “Robots will hit the center of the bullseye every time.” He also expressed enthusiasm about a potential visit, adding, “I do look forward to visiting Istanbul. It is one of the great cities of the world.”
