Prize bonds are marketed as secure investments and are managed by National Savings under the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Selected bonds within the issue can be redeemed for more than their face value.
Bondholders win substantial prizes in the lucky draws that are often held by the National Savings and Central Bank. Although the government raised money with these funds, investors can safely protect the value of their investment.
The withdrawn National Prize Bonds (Bearer) may be cashed at any Commercial Bank branch where the bondholder has a “individual” account.
The dates of the Pakistan Prize Bond Schedule are January 1, 2023, through December 15, 2023.
