Sports goods exports witness a 31.18 % increase

Export of sports goods increases 25.51% in 7 months

When compared to the exports of the commodity during the same period the previous year, sports goods exports increased by 31.18 percent during the first three months of the fiscal year 2022–23.

Sports items worth $ 102,178 were exported from July 22 to September 22 as opposed to $77,892 during the same time last year.

In comparison to the exports of US $37,159 during the same period the previous year, the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics reports that the exports of footballs climbed by 59.10 percent, totaling US $59,121.

Meanwhile, Other exports also increased by 10.40 percent as the exports during the current fiscal year were recorded worth $25,061 as compared to the exports during the same period of last year which recorded $22,699.
