Government to launch real-estate projects by this year’s end

Top builders of Pakistan are relieved and satisfied over the measures taken by National Coordination Committee on Housing, Construction, and Development. 13 renowned builders have assured the government to launch huge projects by the end of this year. These projects will be able to generate Rs. 1.3 million in revenue and 100,000 housing units.13 renowned builders have assured the government to launch huge projects by the end of this year.

PM Imran Khan has directed authorities to ensure the smooth launching of these projects in all regards. He also gave a green light to take stern actions against those who prove to be a hurdle for these projects.  National Coordination Committee on Housing, Construction, and Development was chaired by the PM himself.

Government - Real Estate Projects

During the meeting ABAD praised the government for not only streamlining the NCOCs but also considerably reducing the durations. Moreover, banks are urging the builders to avail credit portfolio reserved for construction and development projects.

PM Imran khan reassured that prosperity of the construction sector is the foremost priority of the federal govt. He said he would do anything to maximize the results for the sector.  Adding more he said these projects will prove to be beneficial in the major cities of Pakistan. These projects will also stabilize the economic condition of Pakistan providing vast growth opportunities.
