Kharian – Rawalpindi Expressway is now one of the most expensive services of the National Highway Authority (NHA) because its price per kilometre is 60% higher than other roads in the country. The cost for the Khrian-Rawalpindi Expressway is Rs. 810 million per kilometre, higher than four-lane roads and a few six-lane highways.
