Prime Minister Imran Khan has stated that issuing health cards to individuals will ensure total and cost-free health coverage, which has never been possible in Pakistan’s history.
While addressing at a launching event for the Sehat Sahulat card for the Sahiwal and Dera Ghazi Khan divisions, the prime minister declared that the impoverished no longer have to worry about getting medical treatment because every household in Punjab province now has access to health care.
He claimed that every family in these two divisions could now receive medical treatment worth Rs720, 000. They will have access to both public and private hospitals for health care.
